My name is Cynthia Cornelius, CEO and Founder of The Chinue X Project, Inc, an Afrocentric Educational Resource Service, TCXPI

I am a native and current resident of Oakland, Ca. I posess a Bachelors in Africana Studies, and a Masters in Equity and Social Justice in Education (SFSU)

As a product and former parent to the Oakland Public Schools, I created TCXPI to fill a void in mainstream education that distorts, omits, and ignores the many contributions of Africans and African Americans in world and human civilization.

Celebrating Black History 24/7/365/6!

TCXPI offers Afrocentric projects, workshops, and classes, that foster self-pride, self- worth, and self-respect for our young scholars.
